Dips
Bench Dips - make sure when doing this exercise you do not arch your back or moe your baack away from the bench

Step 1.
Place hands either side of the body on the bench. Arms should be straight with and support your body weight. keep feet together.

Step 2.
Slowly lower your body by bendig your arms at the elbow. at the lowest part of this movement your elbows should be at a 90 degree angle.

Step 3. aise yourself back to the starting position kepping your back close to the bench with out scraping.
