Plank
The first exercise is the plank I usually recommend this before sit ups or any other core exercise as it activates the whole core and sets a good strong basis for the core.
How to do:

Lay on the floor face down
Bring elbows directly under shoulders

Lift body off the floor with only your toes and forearm on the floor.
Your upper arm should be at 90 to your body and forearms 90 to upper body. |

Your back should be strait
Your kness , hips, shoulders should be in a strait line.
Hold this position for as long as you can
Better your time each time you do this exercise. |
